Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Bookings are confirmed once full payment and any required security bond have been received.

2. Hire Period Our standard hire period is 4 days. Garments must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns incur a $15 per day fee.

3. Collection & Postage Pickup is available from Mudjimba, Sunshine Coast by appointment. Australia-wide Express Post is available. Customers are responsible for returning posted garments on or before the agreed return date and retaining proof of lodgement.

4, Garment Care Please treat all garments with care. Please do not: Wash or dry clean the garment Alter, pin or repair the garment Iron directly onto the fabric Wear fake tan that may transfer excessively All garments are professionally cleaned by Lend With Love.

5. Damage Normal wear such as light makeup marks or minor dirt is expected. Charges may apply for: Rips or tears Broken zips or straps Missing embellishments Permanent stains Burns Excessive stretching Damage requiring specialist repairs If a garment is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the customer may be charged up to the full retail value.

6. Try-On Appointments Try-ons are by appointment only and incur a $10 booking fee for a 30-minute session. This fee is non-refundable.

7. Cancellations Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the hire date are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated where possible.

8. Sizing Sizing varies between brands. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect fit.

9. Liability Once collected or delivered, the garment remains the customer's responsibility until safely returned and inspected by Lend With Love.
